MS sealants are undoubtedly the most proper one to meet the requirements of prefabricated buildings. Firstly, MS sealants are compatible with most materials. Concrete is a loose porous material, which contains a lot of alkaline substances. MS adhesives have excellent adhesion to most substrates such as concrete and stone. Secondly, under the action of load and temperature, there will be relative displacement between the exterior wall panels, and the sealant must have certain elastic capacity and recovery capacity. MS sealants with just low modulus have strong displacement resistance. Thirdly, MS sealants are UV resistant and durable, which can prevent the prefabricated exterior wall panel from aging due to wind, rain, and ultraviolet radiation. Lastly, Ms sealants do not contain any water-soluble components, and the plasticizer can not exude, there is no pollution.
