Is your windshield glass bonded securely?
Nothing is more important than driving safety. It is quite wrong if you think the windscreen  glass is just for shelter from wind and rain. In real life, the windshield glass plays a vital role. It can support the exploded airbag, increase the probability of safe escape, and improve the rigidity of the whole body.
In the process of installing the windshield, we will inevitably encounter the following problems: rainwater seeps in along the gap of the windshield glass; the glass sealant hangs and draws during the installation process; the windshield bonding is not firm.

Remove all trim around the windshield glass, the wipers, and the cowling exposing all edges of the glass.
Prep the new windshield glass. Be sure it has been cleaned, and prep the area the urethane will be with glass prep. Do not install new glass for at least 6 minutes.
Be sure there is no dirt/debris where the urethane is to be. Lay the bead of urethane to the height of the roof line. Smooth the butts together.
Set new windshield in place. Wear rubber gloves to ensure you do not contaminate the windshield glass( finger grease can make the windshield glass not adhere properly.). and push around the entire windshield glue line.
