TNS-722 Two part structural silicone sealant is a kind of silicone sealant with two-component and neutral cured at room temperature which has a excellent performance like strong adhesion, high strength, high elasticity.

Two-part structural glazing silicone sealant composites of Com A and Com B, Com A with white color while Com B with Black color, Com A&B can be mixed evenly at the weight rate of 10:1, the mixture with black color.

Structural Glazing Silicone Sealant Special Characteristics

● The curing time of TNS722 structural silicone caulk is adjustable, faster inner curing, shorter curing period, mechanized sealed construction, improving efficiency of construction

● Two part structural silicone for glass has no corrosion to the surface of different kinds of building materials like metal and reflective glass, excellent adhesion to most of the construction materials, good extensibility and water tightness.

● TNS-722 double glazing silicone sealant will turn into elastic body after curing with excellent resistance to high& low temperature and without corrosion. The glazing neutral silicone sealant will not be fragile, harden and cracking even if in -30°C environment, while the structural silicone sealant will not be soften, degradation even if in +90~C. Anyway, the sealant will keep good performance in elasticity and solidity.

● Double glazing silicone sealant is mainly applied in the field of Project structure adhesion and sealant, such as glass curtain wall, stone curtain wall like marble, granite, aluminum panel curtain wall as well as metal structure project

● Glazing silicone for double glazed units is available for the curtain wall glass unit in workshop, as well as the structure adhesion of hardware

● TNS-722 structural silicone caulk is used for the exterior seal of double glazing unit.

● Keep contents out of reach of children. In case of contact with eyes, please rinse eyes with plenty of water and seek medical advice as soon as possible.
