One-component silicone sealant is a type of colloid that relies on moist air vulcanization. This type of colloid is relatively simple in the curing stage and can be cured in the air after construction.
Because it cures from the surface to the inside during curing, the surface layer is cured first, and it takes 24 hours for the deep layer of colloid to fully cure. However, if the glue is applied too thick at one time, it will affect the curing time, and it will take about 7 days to fully cure. At this time, all the properties after curing can be maximized.

How to determine whether it has been debonded?
1. The detackification time of the one-component silicone sealant is calculated from the time it is dispensed from the container. When the surface is not sticky at all, it is the detackification time used for the whole.
2. After the surface of the one-component silicone sealant is dry, you can touch it with your hands. If your fingers are still sticky, it means that it still has adhesive properties and is not completely detackified. Only when the surface colloid is not sticky when touched and a layer of elastic and smooth skin is formed on the surface, it means that it is completely detackified.
