No More Nails, also known as liquid nails, is a high-strength, multi-purpose construction adhesive with exceptional bonding performance. As the name suggests, it is a new type of building adhesive designed to replace traditional nails and screws.
It is suitable for installing a wide range of building materials for both interior and exterior applications. During installation, there is no need for tools such as drills, hammers, or expansion bolts. This adhesive offers easy application, requires no drilling, produces no noise or dust, can fill gaps and joints, and allows position adjustment during installation.
The primary function of No More Nails is bonding and fixing, such as mounting mirrors on walls or securing the installation of the same or different decorative materials.
In contrast, silicone sealant is mainly used for sealing and waterproofing. Common household applications include sealing gaps around windows and window sills, sanitary ware, toilets, wash basins, and the joints between fixtures and walls.
Mildew-resistant silicone sealants are specially formulated to inhibit mold growth, offering a longer service life. They are particularly suitable for humid environments that are prone to mold, such as bathrooms and kitchens.
No More Nails is widely used in both new construction and renovation projects. Typical applications include door and window frames, staircases and treads, skirting boards, chair rails, gypsum moldings, decorative panels, various decorative materials, and stone installations.
It is compatible with a wide range of substrates, including wood-based panels, ceramic products, metals, concrete, stone, and other porous and non-porous materials.
How to Use No More Nails Adhesive
Apply No More Nails adhesive in a zigzag pattern, spacing the beads approximately 20–40 cm apart.
Press the coated surface firmly onto the bonding area, then pull it away and allow the adhesive to flash off for about 5 minutes.
Press the two surfaces together firmly to complete the bonding.
Apply No More Nails adhesive to the product following the same method as above.
Use clamps, nails, or screws to hold the two surfaces tightly together.
After 24 hours, remove the clamps, then allow the bonded area to cure for 1–3 days until fully set.
The installation is now complete.
Press the two surfaces together to make initial contact.
Separate them, wait for 5 minutes, then press the materials together again and tap them firmly into position.
If necessary, use support props or braces to hold the materials in place during curing.
For reliable, long-lasting bonding, our TM502 No More Nails adhesive offers strong initial tack, excellent adhesion to multiple substrates, and a safe, eco-friendly formula for both interior and exterior construction projects.
