1. The use of sealant is relatively simple. First, use tools to clean up the dust in the gap. This step is very important. If the gap is not cleaned properly for construction, the sealant is prone to loose adhesion and falling off. Next, install the sealant on the caulking gun and cut the caulking gun nozzle according to the size of the gap.
2. Then we stick plastic tape on both sides of the gap and use a caulking gun to squeeze the sealant into the gap and seal it. The purpose of sticking plastic tape on both sides of the gap is to prevent the sealant from overflowing during construction and getting on tiles and other places, making it difficult to remove the sealant. We use tools such as scrapers to compact and smooth the filled sealant, and tear off the plastic tape after the construction is completed.

3. It is easy to use a caulking gun to spray silicone sealant out of the glue bottle. If there is no silicone gun, you can consider cutting the bottle with a blade and then smearing it with a spatula or wood chip.
4. The curing process of silicone sealant develops from the surface to the inside. The surface drying time and curing time of silicones with different characteristics are not the same, so if you want to repair the surface, you must do it before the silicone sealant cures. Before the silicone sealant is cured, it can be wiped off with a cloth or paper towel. After it is cured, it must be scraped off with a scraper or scrubbed with solvents such as xylene and acetone.
5. During the curing process, silicone sealant will release irritating gases, which are irritating to the eyes and respiratory tract. Therefore, this product should be used in a well-ventilated environment to avoid getting into the eyes or prolonged contact with the skin.
