The acrylic waterproof coating has the following features:
1) The coating is a single-component material, which is easy to apply and can be sprayed.
2) The coating has strong adhesion to the base layer and good sealing, which can completely block the intrusion of open water;
3) The coating film has excellent aging resistance, strong resistance to high and low temperatures, corrosion resistance, good adhesion, and high elongation, and can be used for leakage protection of exposed parts such as walls and roofs;
4) Various colors can be made according to users' needs, even transparent colors, and the original appearance of the building will not be changed after painting.
5) The coating is a water-based emulsion with good environmental performance.

The construction process of the acrylic waterproof coating is as follows:
1) Base treatment.
The base layer should be flat and solid, without floating dust, sand, cracks, oil stains and other loose defects; if there are cracks in the base layer, polymer mortar or "leakage plugging treasure" should be used to repair and fill the cracks; if the base layer is loose, Yuhong reinforcement agent can be used to reinforce the base layer; if the surface of the base layer has been powdered or whitened, the surface material must be cleaned with an iron brush or sandpaper; before waterproofing, the base layer must be dry and free of water.
2) Detailed node treatment.
Detailed nodes such as expansion joints and drainage pipes must be reinforced. The "one cloth and two coatings" method is adopted to embed the reinforced polyester cloth into the coating so that the waterproof coating can fully penetrate the carcass layer without wrinkles or warping.
3) Large-surface waterproofing construction.
The coating should be applied in 2-3 times. The second coating should be applied after the first coating is completely dry. The coating interval is generally 12 hours. The drying time in a low temperature environment should be appropriately extended. The thickness of each coating should be 0.5mm. It should not be too thick. The coating directions should be perpendicular to each other and the coating should be evenly applied without missing any coating.
4) Water-tightness test.
The water-tightness test can be carried out only after the coating is completely dry. The water-tightness time should not exceed 48 hours.
