The adhesive method of laying wooden floors has been popular in European and American countries for more than ten years. When the user chooses mid-to-high-end wooden flooring with high comfort experience, high stability and personalized requirements, it is suitable to use the adhesive method for laying. However, at the same time, the flatness, strength, moisture content, and laying process of the base layer before paving are also important. and technology put forward higher requirements, this is the true meaning of 'three points quality, seven points installation' of wooden flooring. Of course, it will also increase costs, and 'you get what you pay for' is no exception in the decoration industry.

The adhesive method is suitable for the laying of geothermal floors, mid- to high-end solid wood floors, solid wood parquet floors, long boards and small-sized floors. Its elastic adhesive layer not only restricts the deformation direction of the floor, but also can fully accommodate the dry shrinkage and moisture expansion of the floor. Cumulative total amount, so it has good stability, eliminates abnormal noise, heat transfer, heat resistance and moisture insulation, maintenance-free, and comfortable foot feel; large openings are laid without partitions and buckles, and there will be no arching or warping phenomena, and it can also Meet the individual requirements for mixed paving of wooden floors with ceramic tiles and stone.

When should you choose wood floor adhesive?
Several necessary elements: elasticity, strong adhesion, high environmental protection, and easy construction. Elasticity, flexibility and strong adhesion are the prerequisites for accommodating the deformation of wooden floors. Environmental protection requires not only being non-toxic, solvent-free, and isocyanate-free, but also having as low an odor and VOC release as possible. Easy construction requires easy scraping and easy removal of residual glue.
Advantages of MS Flooring Adhesive
1. MS is the abbreviation of chemical composition system, that is, 'modified silane adhesive'. It has advanced formula and imported raw materials. It has strong adhesion, long-lasting elasticity, no shrinkage or blistering when cured, shock resistance, impact resistance, aging resistance, and temperature resistance. It is resistant to alternating humidity, water and oil, and can be directly painted without sagging. Wide operating temperature range: -40℃~80℃.
2. Extremely high environmental protection index, no irritating odor, non-toxic, solvent-free, isocyanate-free, non-corrosive and pollution-free, with very little VOC release, suitable for use indoors and in closed environments.
3. One-component, moisture-absorbing and curing, easy to construct. Surface drying opening time: 20 minutes in rainy season and summer, 40 minutes in winter; Full curing speed: 3mm thick/24 hours. The remaining glue is easy to remove. Even if it is decorated and rebuilt, the floor glue can be cut off with a scraper.
How to use wood flooring adhesive?
1. Before laying, the base floor should be smooth, solid, fully dry, free of sand and grease. If there are defects in the base layer, please deal with them to meet the standards before proceeding with construction.
2. Tools: V-shaped tooth scraper, traceless white rubber hammer, and a small amount of rag to wipe away the remaining glue. Construction environment temperature: 5℃~40℃. When the base layer is leveled, the general usage amount for the full paving method is 600ml/㎡.
3. Use a toothed scraper to evenly apply a certain area of floor glue on the base surface, and lay the wooden floor during the opening hours. There is no isolation layer such as wax on the bonding surface of the wooden floor. The wooden floor and the adhesive layer are fully compacted and contacted, and the floors are properly connected by tapping. In order to avoid floor slipping, the first and second rows of wooden floors can be fixed to the base layer first. Avoid stepping on the floor glue before it is completely cured. Other laying techniques can be carried out in accordance with the wooden floor manufacturer's instructions and relevant specifications.
